Getting Started

Welcome to Our Platform!

Follow these simple steps to get started with creating your AI model:

Step 1: Register Your Account

To begin, you need to register on our website:

1. Click on the "Register" button on the homepage.
2. Enter your Email ID in the registration form.
3. Create a password for your account.
4. Submit the form to complete your registration.

Step 2: Access the Member's Area

After registration, you will be directed to the Member's Area. Here, you can manage your AI models and access various features.

Step 3: Create Your AI Model

To create your AI model:

1. Click on "Create AI Model."
2. Upload your file in the required format:

Question~Answer~Category

• Question: Can be a question or a question about the product name (mandatory).
• Answer: Can be an answer or a product description (mandatory).
• Category: Can be a category of your choice or use 'General' (mandatory).

Tip: Use a template to generate questions or Free AI tool to create Questions based on the Answers/Description of your products or services. These tools can take website url , pdf's and word documents and generate questions and answers. No need to manually create.

Step 4: Create Your Data Model

After uploading your file, click on "Create Data Model." This process will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. To refresh , Click on members area

Step 5: Test Your AI Model

Once your data model is created, you can test it:

1. Click on "Test Q and A."
2. Enter a question to see if the answer is correct.
3. If the answer is incorrect, revise your questions and answers in the "Create AI Model" section and repeat the testing process.

Step 6: Download and Integrate Your Chatbot

When you are satisfied with your AI model:

1. Click on "Download HTML" in the menu on the left-hand side.
2. Enter your URL where you will place the chatbot.
3. Click on the "Save URL" button.
4. Click on the "Download" button to download the code.
5. Place the downloaded code just above the </body> tag on your website.
6. Do a quick test.

Step 7: Account Management

If you wish to permanently delete your account, you can do so by clicking on "Delete Your Account" in the Member's Area.
