Step 1: Register on Our Website

Visit the Registration Page: Go to our website and click on the "Register" button.
Fill Out the Registration Form: Enter the required information, including your name, email address, and password.
Submit Your Registration: Click on the "Submit" button to complete your registration.

Step 2: Access the Member's Area

Log In: After registering, return to our website and log in with your credentials.
Navigate to Member's Area: Once logged in, you will be automatically redirected to the member's area.

Step 3: Enter Your Data

Enter your URL list
Press submit button. This will take quite a bit of time to generate your URL data. This is dependent on system load.
Press members button. If the data is generated successfully (system is ready/not ready) will be shown along with your business id.
Go to step no 2 to check your generated data and AI prompt. You are ready to test your chatbot
If you want to edit press download button to download you data and edit offline, then go to file upload to upload your edited data. See file upload option just below this sentence.

OR File Upload: Press Upload Button: In the member's area, locate and click on the "Upload " button. Only txt file allowed

One complete piece of information per line or paragraph
Format is columns to be separeted by tab. First row to have header name.
Or upload a text file
Press Upload and display button. Data will be displayed in gridview
Press Save button to generate your data.
Press members button. If the data is generated successfully (system is ready/not ready) will be shown along with your business id.

Step 4: Test Your Chatbot

Press the Testing Button: If you wish to test the AI model, press the "Testing" button in the member's area.
Wait for AI Model to be Ready: In case you added new data for training the AI, you may need to wait for about 5-8 minutes for the AI model to be ready for testing.
Review the Responses: The AI model will be updated with the most recent conversations recorded during testing. Analyze the responses, and if needed, update them accordingly.
Multiple languages: If you have multiple languages, you can instruct AI to answer in your preferred language..

Step 5: Download the HTML Code OR WhatsApp

Find the Download HTML Button: After activation, look for the "Download HTML" button in the member's area.
Enter Your URL:

Token and Expiry date: Generate token and set expiry date. Recommended, frequently change the token and expiry date
Choose one of the following from below
1) Download HTML Code:

Click on Wordpress/Woocommerce: This will download a plugin, upload this plugin to your Wordpress.
This plugin will be available on the shop or product page.

Step 6: Place the HTML Code on Your Website

Access Your Webpage Source Code: Open the source code of the webpage where you want to display your chatbot.
Insert HTML Code:

Paste the generated HTML code just above the footer section of your webpage’s source code.

Save Changes: Save your changes and publish/update your webpage.
Interact with Your Chatbot: Test its functionality by asking questions that you have set up in your Q&A pairs.

Step 7: Training AI chatbot

Press on Conversation button
You will see converation recording between website visitor and chatbot
Edit your responses based on the conversation as required in the upload area(see upload button)
Generate your AI/Business model by saving it
